Ryanair has announced the availability of seats at € 13 for travel on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in August, September and October. These affordable rates "all in" will be available on over 1.000 Ryanair's European routes but must be booked on www.ryanair.com before midnight (24:00) Thursday 19 July. 
The promotion for Ryanair seats € 13 includes all taxes and charges, so passengers who chose to avoid discretionary fees by paying the Ryanair flights with Ryanair Cash Passport, traveling with hand luggage only and forego priority boarding, can reserve, check-in online and fly with this promotional fare of € 13.
