A crew of 42 persons on board of a Boeing 787 Dreamliner in flight test came out unharmed through emergency slides in Laredo, in Texas, after that the pilots had reported smoke in the cabin, while they were approaching the airport. Nine aircraft are currently being tested.
According to the Seattle Times, the cause of smoking was "a serious fire radiated from electrical equipment". The fire has affected the control of the cockpit according to the Times. Boeing has released few details about the incident.
