Alitalia and Air One pollsters have been recognized by the German Institute for Quality of Service , come “ the best airlines in terms of services offered to its clients ”, winning gold medals thanks to the high satisfaction rates achieved , respectively 82, 6 % for Alitalia e dell'82% for AirOne .
The survey was conducted by the German Institute for Quality of Service ( DISQ ) on a sample of 74.000 Italian consumers , analyzing the service offered by 274 companies, divides in 49 categories including airlines , rail operators , a eroporti , banche , aziende online , supermarket chains , bookstores and other resellers . DISQ Secondo , Alitalia and Air One are the leaders , surpassing even the German carrier Lufthansa (78,7%, 4 points less than Alitalia ) and Air Berlin (75.3 %, 9 points less than Alitalia ).
